This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic establishment and growth: Creation of frameworks, processes, and KPIs for the aftersales division
• Comprehensive customer engagement: Support following installation and management of customer inquiries
• Performance and KPI oversight: Establishment of pertinent metrics and data-driven leadership of the team
• Process and escalation oversight: Formulation of standardized protocols and escalation routes
• Team management and leadership: Guiding and nurturing the aftersales team
• Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership experience in this field
• Experience in leading teams within aftersales or customer success environments
• Practical expertise and a methodical approach to work
• Capacity to strategically address operational challenges
• 30 days of vacation
