Team Lead, Creative Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You press "Send," and your first self-designed campaign is dispatched from your inbox to the Design Department for execution.

• You cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our clients' target demographics through detailed analyses.

• You track and assess platform trends on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and others, deriving strategic recommendations for action.

• You independently create storylines and user persuasion frameworks for advertising campaigns.

• You design customer journeys grounded in psychology that captivate, engage, and drive users toward conversion.

• You collaborate closely with Creative and Performance teams to merge data-driven strategies with sales psychology.

• You craft compelling copy in both German and English, customizing it to meet audience needs.

• You lead a team of Creative Strategists and focus on their continuous development.

• You mentor your team, especially other strategists, in reporting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• You hold responsibility for targets related to revenue growth, NPS, as well as talent development and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in conceptualizing and creating innovative campaigns.

• Initial leadership experience or a proven track record in coaching teams or individual strategists.

• Strong grasp of performance marketing and cross-channel impact mechanisms.

• Highly strategic thinker capable of developing creative concepts rooted in data.

• Confident in managing stakeholders and reporting to clients, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Artificial intelligence is more than just a buzzword for you; you have hands-on experience using AI tools and know how to apply them effectively in your daily tasks.

• Excellent written and spoken skills in German and strong proficiency in English.

• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated working style with high-quality standards.
