Team Lead Corporate Sales – Western Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Are you prepared to embark on the next phase of your career with a tech unicorn whose product and mission you can genuinely support?

• In this position, you will be tasked with building and enhancing a high-performing sales team, as well as overseeing strategic and operational planning within the sales region.

• You will conduct a regional potential analysis, utilize our CRM tools for assessments, and formulate regional sales strategies aimed at propelling further company growth.

• You will leverage your expertise to assist your team in crafting customized sales strategies while considering regional specifics.

• You will assess regional market trends and pinpoint new growth opportunities.

• Eventually, you will lead a team of Account Executives who will sell our product to HR decision-makers and mentor them on our sales strategies to ensure their success.

• You will coordinate trade shows and events in the region alongside your team and other internal stakeholders.

• You will engage in project-based collaboration with internal stakeholders, applying your sales expertise to collectively enhance our customers' success.

• Over time, you will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of the sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training both new and existing members.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess at least 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales as an individual contributor and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role for a sales team.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a Master's degree is advantageous).

• You reside in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Rhineland-Palatinate, or the Saarland, and ideally have an established network of HR decision-makers in the area.

• You demonstrate a strong hands-on approach and actively contribute to sales — pragmatic, solution-oriented, and dedicated.

• You have a proven history of successfully building sales teams and guiding them to success with a clear vision and inspiring leadership.

• You possess robust analytical skills, excel in presentations and negotiations, and function independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• You are fluent in German and have proficient English skills.
