Team Lead, Consumer Sales Contact Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of inbound and outbound contact center sales representatives who assist consumer relocation clients with signature moves and home benefits offerings.

• Propel daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives while meeting both individual and team sales goals.

• Hold regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to foster communication and engagement.

• Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and manage performance effectively.

• Assist in the onboarding and training processes for new team members.

• Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and productivity.

• Conduct reporting analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Evaluate call quality and ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and brand standards.

• Complete routine administrative responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a contact center or call center setting.

• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience in a dynamic contact center environment.

• Familiarity with pipeline management.

• Experience overseeing incentive or commission programs.

• Knowledge of workforce management or call monitoring tools.

• Skills in leadership and team development.

• Competence in sales coaching and performance management.

• Ability to analyze data and track KPIs effectively.
