Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Engage in direct communication and oversee your team effectively.

• Vigilantly track performance and quality metrics, taking corrective actions when required.

• Collaborate across various functions (quality, production, etc.) to achieve program objectives.

• Manage costs and monitor budgetary allocations.

• Actively participate in team training sessions.

• Implement risk management strategies at the team level.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in coordination or management roles.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in spoken English is essential.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.

• Flexibility to support field operations, including non-standard working hours.

• Experience in preparing reports and presentation materials.

• Ability to swiftly comprehend information and translate it into actionable steps.

• Capacity to manage a team, especially in high-pressure situations.

• Competence in remote team management.

• A detail-oriented and proactive approach is necessary.

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language would be advantageous.

• Experience in fleet and logistics management is beneficial.

• Prior experience in training is preferred.
