This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead and motivate a group of skilled professionals to deliver impactful services.
• Enhance workflows by identifying bottlenecks and removing obstacles to maximize team performance.
• Advocate for high-quality outputs throughout the technical services life-cycle.
• Interact with client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project status and provide constructive feedback to facilitate team development.
• Work alongside Delivery Managers to prioritize customer service needs.
• Guide teams through technological and procedural challenges using data insights.
• Address and resolve complex service-related challenges.
• Form agile teams to adapt to changing customer requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams through incident, problem, and change management, along with root cause analysis.
• A minimum of 5 years in technical resolution and support roles.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and customer stakeholders.
• Industry-recognized certifications in relevant support areas (e.g., Public/Private Cloud, Mainframe, etc.).
• Proficiency in English is required.
