This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Mothers take on various roles, overseeing logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration documentation, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, as well as mentoring and training programs.

• This position can be quite independent, requiring strong decision-making abilities, but offers significant growth potential while maintaining a direct connection to leadership at Carvana’s headquarters in Phoenix.

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized undergraduate institution.

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in leadership roles managing multiple team members.

• Experience in logistics management.

• The capability to navigate ambiguity gracefully—think of a gazelle effortlessly traversing an open African savanna, not one being chased by a lion.

• A respect for diverse viewpoints.

• The acumen to manage both employee and customer experiences, as challenges may arise, and to excel in these scenarios by ensuring rewarding interactions for all parties involved.
