Team Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coordination among local participants engaged in the project

• Assist with onboarding processes, providing communication and guidance to new participants

• Help schedule sessions and ensure timely attendance

• Aid in device logistics and procurement as necessary

• Guarantee the smooth execution of local sessions and activities

• Oversee and confirm the accurate completion of required metadata and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in coordination, training, or related roles is advantageous

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication skills in English

• Familiarity with the local language is preferred but not essential

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Availability to assist with onboarding and operational activities as required
