Teaching Assistant – Digital Sales, Digital Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Impactful learning support: You assist our participants with subject-related inquiries and clarify content to ensure it is understandable, practical, and immediately usable.

• Motivator & primary contact: You are there when challenges arise—both technical and psychological—and help to dismantle learning obstacles while fostering motivation.

• Practical delivery of sales expertise: You simplify topics such as CRM, funnels, lead management, or pitching techniques and facilitate their application in real-world scenarios.

• Sparring partner in the educational journey: You provide guidance, help organize the learning process, and support participants in gaining confidence and independence.

• Contributing to quality: You actively participate in weekly team meetings, share feedback from the learning environment, and assist in the continuous improvement of our programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a university program—preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• You have acquired initial practical experience in a sales context, whether through internships, student roles, or personal projects.

• You are proficient with digital tools and systems, ideally including CRM solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• You communicate clearly, respectfully, and confidently in German at a C2 level and are also comfortable conversing in English.

• You possess strong interpersonal skills, work systematically, and can maintain effectiveness in fast-paced or chaotic environments.

• You are digitally adept, empathetic, and eager to create a meaningful impact through your work.

• You are available for at least 4 afternoons each week from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
