This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create and present captivating online lessons utilizing our Unified Presentations, founded on the Neuromath program, which combines mental arithmetic, basic mathematics, and cognitive skill enhancement through a neuro-informed educational approach.

• Cater to the unique needs and learning preferences of each student.

• Offer prompt feedback and evaluations to students to track their advancement.

• Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff to refine and improve the curriculum.

• Keep abreast of the latest e-learning technologies and integrate them into lesson plans.

• Promote a positive and nurturing learning atmosphere for students.

• Maintain regular communication with students and parents to resolve any issues or inquiries.

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in teaching within an online or remote environment.

• Proficient in utilizing online learning platforms and associated tools.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to modify teaching techniques and strategies to accommodate diverse learners' needs.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• A genuine passion for teaching and facilitating student success.

• Availability to work from 15:00 to 20:00 (Romanian time).
