TDP Architect – RHEL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and evaluate intricate task lists, offering expert advice on project scope and alignment with customer needs and business goals.

• Oversee multiple standard engagements or work streams on complex projects as a trusted consultant.

• Direct pilot and production rollouts, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of Red Hat solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges while developing solutions to mitigate risks.

• Advocate for the Red Hat Services Portfolio, including Consulting, Training, and Technical Account Managers, within customer solutions.

• Provide valuable customer feedback to internal teams to shape product development and enhance services.

• Spearhead internal initiatives that promote innovation, efficiency, and growth within the Services division.

• Coordinate the activities of team members while serving as a team lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in services solution architecture, specifically in designing and implementing complex solutions.

• Proven experience in leading consultative engagements and creating customized solutions for intricate business challenges.

• Proficient in gathering and analyzing technical requirements, including both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Extensive experience in estimating level-of-effort using relevant metrics and prior experience.

• In-depth understanding of Red Hat’s product portfolio and its application across various environments.

• Capability to deliver engaging presentations and solution demonstrations to varied audiences.

• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

• Competence to work independently and make sound judgments in addressing complex, non-routine technical requirements.
