This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop application features and functionalities within the Epic software ecosystem.
• Enhance standards and patterns throughout the Epic platform.
• Implement improvements and upgrades.
• Consistently elevate the quality and effectiveness of the Epic platform.
• Collaborate closely with Install, Maintenance, QA, and Release teams.
• Gather, analyze, specify, document, and validate both business needs and technical requirements.
• Provide support for various facility types, including Ambulatory, Acute, Critical Access, Long Term Care, Sole Community, Tribal Health, PACE, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Behavioral, and Physical Therapy.
• Travel may be required to assist with Go-Live installations or training sessions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent relevant combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Application Analyst, with a proven track record of increased responsibilities is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Epic data structures and applications.
• Current certification in assigned Epic application(s) is mandatory.
• Current certifications in MyChart, Hello World, and/or Cheers are required.
• Additional certifications in Prelude, Welcome, and Cadence are highly desirable.
• Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect is highly sought after.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proven commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in healthcare management is preferred.
• Background in organizational management and developing and executing operational projects is preferred.
• Experience leading a direct service organization with complex programs and possessing excellent project management skills is preferred.
• Capacity to work independently and effectively from a home office.
• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment is required before the team interview.
