Tax Technology Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the implementation of tax technology projects to improve return delivery.

• Guide and nurture team members to promote their professional development.

• Assist with onboarding new clients, preparing engagement processes, and maintaining ongoing data.

• Lead engagement workstreams and ensure adherence to project timelines.

• Provide mentorship to junior staff to enhance their skills and self-assurance.

• Enhance data transparency and foster better interactions with stakeholders.

• Discover opportunities for product-driven transformation within tax operations.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve alignment and success.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems is preferred.

• Experience with tax technology and reporting initiatives.

• Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar, or other relevant tax, technology, or finance certifications are preferred.

• Proven leadership in project transformation and execution.

• Ability to promote collaboration and inclusivity in a leadership approach.

• Engaging with stakeholders to develop actionable plans.

• Capable of preparing insights and presentations suitable for executives.

• Skilled in anticipating risks and effectively navigating uncertainty.
