This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of solutions tailored for public-sector clients, which include government agencies, comptroller’s offices, and local governments, specifically in the realm of Tax Reform.

• Set up and deploy the ROIT Municípios & RAI GOV platforms.

• Execute NFS-e data uploads.

• Conduct assessments of fiscal maturity.

• Calculate IBS.

• Adjust administrative contracts in compliance with Laws No. 14,133/21 and 13,303/16.

• Act as a technical advisor to secretaries, mayors, and Courts of Accounts.

• Prepare legal opinions, technical notes, official correspondence, bills, decrees, and modifications to contracts.

• Track regulations established by the IBS Management Committee and public procurement processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, or Economics.

• Extensive understanding of Constitutional Amendment No. 132/2023, Supplementary Law No. 214/2025, and Supplementary Law No. 227/2026 (IBS, CBS, and the transition phase).

• Familiarity with Administrative Law, especially regarding the economic and financial balance of contracts.

• Exceptional technical writing capabilities.

• Openness to travel.
