This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Primary point of contact for onboarding and processing new tax clients.
• Enter new client information into our systems while ensuring the accuracy of all data.
• Efficiently process new client onboards within established SLAs, delivering exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Create fee quotes and engage with clients for their approval.
• Assist in the onboarding of new tax employees and handle related administrative responsibilities.
• Support billing and invoicing tasks, including monthly tax billing processes.
• Aid in the termination of tax client engagements (Tax NLC processing).
• Help integrate newly acquired firms.
• Proficiently utilize various reports to track workflow and monitor data integrity.
• Provide continuous insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
• Maintain effective communication with the Manager of Tax Operations to ensure timely project updates and completion.
• Interact with clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
• Perform other general operations and administrative tasks as necessary.
• High school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant capacity.
• Experience or readiness to collaborate with dynamic professionals.
• Exceptional work ethic with a self-starter mentality, capable of performing under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Possess a positive “can-do” attitude and thrive in a team environment.
• Capability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
