Tax Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate tax projects from the initial planning stage to final delivery.

• Evaluate tax returns, conduct tax research, and manage consulting assignments.

• Assist clients in crafting proactive tax strategies to reduce tax liabilities.

• Act as the main advisor and relationship manager for clients.

• Guide, mentor, and nurture the development of tax professionals.

• Handle various engagements, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.

• Discover opportunities to enhance client value and reinforce relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA, EA, CA, or a comparable professional designation.

• Experience in public accounting tax with progressively increasing responsibilities.

• Strong expertise in technical tax, research, and planning.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex projects.

• A commitment to fostering the development of others and providing outstanding client service.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
