Tax Manager, CPA or CPA Candidate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Providing top-notch tax compliance and consulting services to an expanding client portfolio.

• Overseeing the creation and delivery of quarterly tax projections along with various client requests.

• Coordinating and managing the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns, ensuring all tax filings are submitted accurately and on time.

• Identifying and implementing enhancements for tax procedure processes.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through expert guidance and support.

• Available to work during standard business hours (e.g., 9 AM to 5 PM) to promptly address client inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Taxation.

• CPA certification or CPA candidate status (REQUIRED).

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting (REQUIRED).

• Proven experience in a client-facing capacity, engaging with business leaders through email, phone, and video communications.

• Tech-savvy; capable of learning new software and comfortable with technology.

• Ability to work independently.

• Skills to coach and mentor associates.

• **Preferred Qualifications**:

• Familiarity with CCH Axcess.

• Experience with SafeSend Suite.

• Previous work with small to medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, family offices, and individual owners.
