📋 Description

• Take responsibility for high-risk, cross-functional escalations that lack a defined playbook.

• Ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of issues, decisions, and action items.

• Analyze recurring challenges and determine underlying causes.

• Collaborate across functions to eliminate obstacles and avert repeated failures.

• Provide clarity in uncertain situations by linking individuals, data, and context.

• Act as an escalation partner for matters needing leadership attention, root cause analysis, or coordinated solutions.

• Assist in operational readiness and swiftly respond to external changes that affect the organization.

• Offer insights into friction points, risks, and strategies for remediation.

• Contribute to enhancing the operator and user experience through prevention, mitigation, and resolution efforts.

• At least 3 years of experience in high-growth operations, escalation management, or process enhancement.

• Demonstrated capability to investigate intricate issues and drive them to resolution.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities with both urgency and accuracy.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and high-accountability settings.
