Tax Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Providing exceptional tax compliance and consulting services to an expanding client portfolio.

• Overseeing the formulation and presentation of quarterly tax forecasts and ad hoc requests from clients.

• Coordinating and supervising the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns, ensuring the accurate and timely filing of all tax documents.

• Identifying and executing opportunities for enhancing tax procedures.

• Ensuring client satisfaction through expert advice and support.

• Available to respond to client inquiries during standard business hours (e.g., 9am to 5pm).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Taxation.

• CPA certification or CPA candidate status (REQUIRED).

• At least 6 years of experience in public accounting (REQUIRED).

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, engaging with business leaders through email, phone, and video conferencing.

• Tech-savvy; capable of learning new software and comfortable with technology in general.

• Self-directed and able to work independently.

• Experience in coaching and training team members.

• Familiarity with CCH Axcess software.

• Experience with SafeSend Suite.

• Previous experience working with small to medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, family offices, and individual owners.
