This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Oversee and review the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and businesses.

• Offer proactive tax planning services for individuals and closely held businesses.

• Investigate complex tax issues and provide practical solutions through effective communication.

• Mentor, coach, and evaluate the work of tax preparers.

• Enhance tax workflows, quality control measures, and departmental processes.

• Stay updated on tax law changes and communicate their implications to clients and the team.

• Collaborate closely with the owner to enhance the firm's tax services and broaden advisory offerings.

• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients through clear and practical communication.

• Contribute to shaping the future direction of a well-respected and stable accounting practice.

• Preferred CPA or EA designation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Significant experience in public accounting or tax.

• Strong understanding of individual and business taxation.

• Experience in reviewing returns and offering technical guidance.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage competing priorities.
