📋 Description

• Oversee the delegation of tasks to team members assigned to various engagements

• Provide training to staff

• Accountable for personnel scheduling, ensuring compliance, and monitoring time budgets

• Inspire and support staff in their professional growth

• Collaborate with Partners in the development and management of practice

• Convey Firm policies and technical information effectively

• Prepare and assess tax returns

• Perform intricate tax research

• Required to have experience as a Tax Manager

• Supervise assignments of personnel

• Responsible for scheduling personnel and ensuring compliance with deadlines

• Inspire and support staff in their professional advancement

• Support Partners in the growth and management of practice

• Take full responsibility for significant tax engagements

• Effectively communicate Firm policies and technical information to tax staff

• Prepare and review various types of tax returns

• Conduct complex tax research
