Tax Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Direct Addi's tax operations across Colombia, the US, and the Cayman Islands

• Create and manage a compliance calendar for multiple jurisdictions

• Handle all aspects of annual tax filings

• Assume complete responsibility for all tax-related closing inputs

• Develop the consolidated Effective Tax Rate (ETR) model

• Achieve tangible outcomes — filed positions, signed agreements, and approved policies

• Oversee tax's role in Addi's Finance AI Champions initiative
