Tax and Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and promote career development

• Oversee office workflow and establish procedures

• Lead client interactions and take ownership of client relationships

• Prepare and review individual, business (C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships), exempt, and fiduciary tax returns

• Offer advisory services to clients regarding tax, finance, and business practices

• Collaborate with the Tax Director to formulate and execute the firm's strategies for retention, growth, and operations

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting

• CPA or EA certification is required

• Previous experience in team management is highly advantageous
