Tax & Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Mentor and guide staff to enhance their skills and support their career progression.

• Oversee office workflows and procedures to ensure efficiency.

• Drive client engagement and assume the role of primary relationship manager.

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses (c-corps, s-corps, partnerships), exempt organizations, and fiduciaries.

• Offer advisory services to clients pertaining to tax, finance, and business operations.

• Collaborate with the Tax Director to formulate and execute the firm's retention, growth, and operational strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.

• CPA or EA certification is mandatory.

• Previous experience in team management is highly advantageous.
