Tax & Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and support their career development.

• Oversee office workflows and procedures.

• Take the lead in client engagement and serve as the primary relationship manager.

• Prepare and review individual, business (C-corporations, S-corporations, partnerships), exempt, and fiduciary tax returns.

• Offer advisory services to clients concerning tax, finance, and business operations.

• Collaborate with the Tax Director to create and execute the firm's strategies for retention, growth, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.

• CPA or EA certification is mandatory.

• Previous experience in team management is highly advantageous.
