Tax & Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor team members to improve their skills and foster their career growth.

• Oversee office workflow and establish procedures.

• Lead client interactions and take ownership of client relationships.

• Prepare and review individual, corporate (C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships), exempt, and fiduciary tax returns.

• Offer advisory services to clients concerning tax, finance, and business practices.

• Collaborate with the Tax Director to formulate and execute the firm's strategies for retention, growth, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.

• CPA or EA certification is mandatory.

• Previous experience in team management is a significant advantage.
