Talent Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in attracting top talent for a variety of positions

• Collaborate with hiring managers to oversee multiple job openings

• Perform full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and extending offers

• Facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to employee experience

• Provide support for all talent acquisition functions related to open roles in Mexico, the US, and Canada

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal

• A degree, certificate, or an equivalent combination of professional work experience

• Proficient with technology and able to quickly adapt to new systems and tools

• Demonstrated interest in and experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives

• Strong understanding of technical recruiting and hiring practices in the software industry or related fields

• Must reside in Mexico
