Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a specific geographic area and actively cultivate a pool of candidates within that market.

• Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance the candidate pipeline in preparation for upcoming initiatives.

• Advertise job openings on relevant platforms and oversee active job boards.

• Conduct research to locate and attract qualified candidates for both current and future positions.

• Maintain a warm pool of top talent in your territory, even when there are no active searches underway.

• Evaluate and screen resumes to identify candidates with strong potential.

• Carry out initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, work style, and fit for household roles.

• Accurately document candidate profiles and notes within our Notion CRM.

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Foster a welcoming, professional experience that embodies the Sage Haus brand.

• Work closely with the Household Hiring Specialists in your region to direct top candidates into active searches.

• Report to and collaborate with your Regional Manager.

• Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and ensure that Notion CRM and Breezy ATS are current.

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience as a house manager, family assistant, or in a household staffing position (strongly preferred).

• Background in recruiting, talent sourcing, or a similar field (preferred).

• Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a busy calendar.

• Clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with remote work tools, including Notion, email platforms, and video conferencing.

• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
