• Implement and execute a diverse range of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs.
• Utilize market knowledge and sourcing skills to engage with both active and passive candidates.
• Develop innovative and targeted search/marketing strategies to assist the recruiting team in effectively pipelining both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with team members to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess sourcing/staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost-effectiveness, and customer feedback.
• Identify competitive threats (including wage data), trends, and issues, and escalate these to Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Establish and implement various sourcing strategies that meet market demands and align with the talent needed for the roles.
• Participate in assigned recruiting events.
• Evaluate candidate quality by utilizing the Applicant Tracking System and job boards to oversee and manage the hiring process.
• Present candidates to the designated Talent Acquisition Specialist in accordance with job requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to prioritize requisitions that necessitate proactive and passive sourcing.
• Conduct engaging phone interviews as necessary, employing templates that ensure a consistent process while concentrating on job requirements, experience, and relevant skills.
• Achieve or surpass all established recruiting metrics.
• Assist with ServiceNow ticketing requests and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Understand federal laws related to the hiring of candidates.
• Comprehend state laws in the locations where the Dealer Tire Family of Companies operates.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred, or 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources.
• Preferred experience with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities and work styles while maintaining a high level of activity.
