
Talent Sourcer – Performance-Based, Per Activated Candidate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and attract candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, Telegram groups, referrals, job boards, and independent outreach methods.
• Develop and uphold active sourcing pipelines.
• Perform recruiter screenings in Hindi and/or English.
• Clearly communicate project expectations, the onboarding process, and the freelance structure to candidates.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and follow up consistently throughout the hiring process.
• Accurately submit interview notes and candidate updates in Workable.
• Handle candidate documentation and onboarding information.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and compliance matters.
• Monitor sourcing activities, candidate progress, and operational updates on a daily basis.
• Ensure organized pipeline visibility and comprehensive recruitment reporting.
• Fluency in Hindi is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage high-volume sourcing and outreach effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and sourcing channels is preferred.
• Prior experience in sourcing, staffing, BPO, recruiting, or community management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication is strongly preferred.
