This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which encompasses job advertising, identifying, and attracting skilled professionals through various media channels, internal resources, and job portals.
• You will manage resume evaluations, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and determining compensation based on market trends and internal equity, along with onboarding and tracking successful placements.
• Identify potential candidates on specialized platforms, such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Manage candidate pipelines and perform follow-ups with applicants.
• Coordinate with TPOs for campus recruitment when applicable.
• Conduct interviews using a combination of methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
• Engage in headhunting, generating leads, and converting them into candidates.
• Prepare monthly Recruitment MIS reports, weekly recruitment updates, and manpower summaries.
• Perform job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements in collaboration with the TA team.
• Over 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Technical knowledge that enables understanding and explanation of job requirements for IT positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
