This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take full ownership of the Global Hiring Pipeline: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for both technical roles (Engineers, QAs, PMs) and commercial positions (Sales, Marketing, Support), ensuring a swift transition for candidates from sourcing to final offer.
• Develop the HR Framework: Create, outline, and uphold clear, systematic onboarding, offboarding, and internal workflows.
• Oversee Global Team Operations: Supervise our fully remote workforce of over 50 team members across more than 25 countries, utilizing Deel and HiBob to guarantee impeccable data integrity and seamless cross-border contract management.
• Draft Policies & Initiatives: Create and implement remote-first company policies and internal programs, including structured 360-degree performance review cycles and retention strategies.
• Assist the Internal Team: Serve as the readily available, primary resource for our distributed team, addressing daily internal inquiries, payment/invoice questions, and general HR concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Address Performance & Cultural Challenges: Foster a vibrant, connected remote culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to tackle performance issues directly and guide them through team dynamics with high emotional intelligence.
• Streamline & Document: Utilize modern tools and AI (such as Gemini) to enhance workflows, optimize Recruitee/HiBob, and centralize documentation in Notion to eliminate manual, ad-hoc, or disorganized processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience balancing Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist/Operations roles, preferably within a fast-paced tech startup or fully remote global organization.
• Mastery of Full-Cycle Recruitment: Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and successfully closing both technical talent (developers, QAs) and non-technical talent (sales, customer support) during peak volume periods.
• Chaos-to-Order Approach: Experience in developing HR processes, wikis, or policies from scratch rather than merely maintaining an existing corporate framework.
• Tech & AI Proficiency: You are a proficient user of platforms like Notion, Recruitee, HiBob, or similar tools. You naturally utilize AI tools to boost productivity and produce clear internal documentation.
• Global Remote Expertise: Direct experience managing distributed teams, particularly using international platforms like Deel for cross-border contractor management.
• High Emotional Intelligence & Accountability: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capacity to handle sensitive performance matters discreetly, balancing empathy for employees with achieving business objectives.
• Exceptional English Proficiency: Capable of crafting crystal-clear, engaging, and well-structured policies and documentation for a global audience in an asynchronous environment.
• Ownership Mentality: Highly autonomous and self-motivated. You are eager to execute work independently and make structural decisions without the need for constant oversight or direction.
