Talent Sourcer, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Formulate sourcing strategies for designated areas in collaboration with Recruiting and Sourcing leads

• Collaborate with Recruitment teams to provide candidate pipelines that meet business needs

• Serve as a sourcing subject matter expert

• Work together with Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams on sourcing channels and tools

• Actively source and present pre-qualified talent in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs

• Establish and nurture candidate relationships to ensure an exceptional candidate experience

• Generate business updates and reporting utilizing data-driven insights

• Participate in sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives alongside the broader Europe Sourcing team

• Mentor and develop team members to foster capability enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and German

• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to engage confidently with senior stakeholders

• Experience in executing high-volume recruitment campaigns and specialized sourcing strategies

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing direct candidates through various channels

• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and reporting systems

• Advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies, including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques

• Capability to provide insights on external market and industry trends

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement

• Must have legal authorization to live and work in the country where the position is based without the need for employer sponsorship
