Talent Sourcer, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Formulate sourcing strategies for designated areas in collaboration with Recruiting and Sourcing leads.

• Work alongside Recruitment teams to provide candidate pipelines that meet business needs.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing.

• Collaborate with Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams regarding sourcing channels and tools.

• Proactively identify and present pre-qualified talent according to established SLAs and KPIs.

• Develop and sustain candidate relationships to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

• Generate business updates and reports, delivering data-driven insights.

• Participate in sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives with the broader Europe Sourcing team.

• Mentor and develop team members.

• Assist with hiring delivery for a global professional services client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and German.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices.

• Experience in executing high-volume recruitment campaigns and specialized sourcing strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to source direct candidates via various channels.

• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.

• Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques.

• Capacity to provide insights on external market and industry trends.

• Team-oriented approach with a dedication to inclusion and continuous improvement.

• Proactive mindset towards professional growth and development.

• Must have legal authorization to live and work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.
