Talent Sourcer, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Formulate sourcing strategies for designated areas in collaboration with Recruiting and Sourcing leads

• Collaborate with Recruitment teams to create candidate pipelines that meet business needs

• Serve as a sourcing subject matter expert

• Work alongside Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams on sourcing channels and tools

• Actively source and present pre-qualified talent in accordance with SLAs and KPIs

• Establish and nurture candidate relationships to ensure a superior candidate experience

• Generate business updates and reports backed by data-driven insights

• Participate in sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives of the Europe Sourcing team

• Coach and mentor team members

• Supply external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging senior recruitment stakeholders

• Experience in executing high-volume recruitment campaigns and specialized sourcing strategies

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing direct candidates through various channels

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and reporting systems

• Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing methods

• Proficiency in both English and French

• Legally permitted to reside and work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship
