Talent Sourcer, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with Recruiting and Sourcing leads for designated areas.

• Collaborate with Recruitment teams to create candidate pipelines that align with business needs.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the field of sourcing.

• Work alongside Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to optimize sourcing channels and tools.

• Proactively identify and submit pre-qualified talent in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs.

• Build and nurture candidate relationships to ensure a superior candidate experience.

• Generate business updates and reports informed by data-driven insights.

• Participate in sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives with the broader Europe Sourcing team.

• Mentor and develop team members.

• Assist in hiring delivery for a global professional services client.

• Proficiency in both English and French.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices.

• Experience in executing high-volume recruitment campaigns and specialized sourcing strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing direct candidates through various channels.

• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.

• Knowledge of Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques.

• Capability to provide insights on external market and industry trends.
