Talent Sourcer, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for designated areas in collaboration with Recruiting and Sourcing leads.

• Collaborate with Recruitment teams to create candidate pipelines that align with business needs.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the field of sourcing.

• Work alongside the Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to optimize sourcing channels and tools.

• Proactively identify and submit pre-qualified talent in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Establish and nurture candidate relationships to ensure a superior candidate experience.

• Generate business updates and reports that provide data-driven insights.

• Participate in sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives with the broader Europe Sourcing team.

• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their capabilities.

• Supply external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders regarding recruitment best practices.

• Experience in executing high-volume recruitment campaigns and specialized sourcing strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to source direct candidates through various channels.

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.

• Fluency in both English and French.

• Legal authorization to live and work in the country where the position is based without requiring employer sponsorship.

• Capability to employ advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques.
