This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies to locate, engage, and recruit Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and clinical support professionals for essential and challenging roles across Lifepoint Health facilities.
• Establish and sustain strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, rediscovery of candidates, networking, referrals, research, and innovative sourcing methods.
• Gain insights into workforce planning priorities, traveler utilization, vacancy trends, and staffing obstacles to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend workforce requirements, hiring priorities, traveler reduction strategies, and long-term staffing plans.
• Execute targeted outreach and high-touch engagement activities to foster relationships with both active and passive healthcare professionals.
• Present job opportunities and effectively convey Lifepoint Health's value proposition to candidates in competitive nursing markets.
• Leverage various sourcing channels, including databases, social media, professional organizations, search engines, networking groups, referrals, and open-source intelligence tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments to evaluate experience, career aspirations, licensure, and fit with organizational requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, building future talent pools even when candidates are not currently seeking positions.
• Analyze workforce trends, vacancy statistics, traveler usage, pipeline activities, and sourcing metrics to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
• Monitor candidate activity, sourcing results, and pipeline metrics using ATS, CRM, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Provide market insights and sourcing recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers regarding candidate availability, competition, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain precise candidate records, documentation, and reporting while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts to establish Lifepoint Health as an employer of choice.
• Consistently evaluate emerging sourcing technologies, AI tools, and innovative recruitment practices to boost sourcing efficiency.
• Participate in special projects and workforce planning initiatives aimed at reducing traveler utilization and enhancing long-term nursing recruitment efforts.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or sourcing, specifically in recruiting and/or sourcing Registered Nurses (RNs).
• Experience in recruiting or sourcing Registered Nurses (RNs) within acute care hospital settings.
• Exceptional relationship-building and candidate engagement abilities with a knack for quickly establishing credibility and trust.
• Proven capability to create and maintain talent pipelines for challenging positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to follow through and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating with recruiters and hiring leaders.
