Talent Scout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• We are welcoming independent Talent Scouts to enhance our capability to source talent beyond conventional methods.

• Identify and engage with high-potential candidates from areas that we typically do not access.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technology (engineering, product, etc.)

• Understanding of startup culture (through work, community involvement, or close exposure)

• Active participation in or leadership of technical communities

• Access to exclusive talent pools (such as universities, selective groups, and events)

• Ability to demonstrate strong judgment in assessing potential beyond mere experience
