This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Sourcing. Identify and attract candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening. Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Interviewing. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Advertising. Aid in the creation and distribution of job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis. Uphold candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration. Work alongside HR and hiring managers to grasp staffing needs and job specifications.
• Talent Scouting. Discover talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
• ATS Utilization. Leverage an applicant tracking system (ATS) to enhance processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Enthusiasm. Eager to pose questions and learn about individuals and their experiences; adept at moving candidates quickly through the pipeline.
• Presentation. Represent our company professionally to prospective hires, helping to generate excitement about the opportunities at Spiralyze.
• Quick Learner. Capable of understanding Spiralyze's operations and the various roles, effectively communicating this to candidates.
• Attention to Detail. Able to recognize the importance of detail when reviewing resumes and communicating with candidates.
• Organization. Must manage multiple candidates for various roles, including tracking their status, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Communication. Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS tools is essential.
• Nice to Have. Previous experience in hiring or working with UI/UX designers is advantageous; understanding design roles and creative portfolios is beneficial.
• Training: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and we are happy to provide training!

• Full-time role with semi-flexible working hours. An 8-hour workday within core hours of 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST; start and end times are flexible, and hours can be divided into multiple blocks within this timeframe.
