This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage the complete recruiting process from analyzing requirements with business units to facilitating the final onboarding.

• You will create and post targeted job advertisements on relevant platforms (such as JOIN and LinkedIn) and continuously refine them to attract suitable volunteers for DEHIB and enhance our organization sustainably.

• You will coordinate and conduct both phone and in-person interviews and assist business units during the interview process.

• You will maintain and further enhance our Applicant Tracking System (JOIN) to ensure a clean pipeline.

• You will play an active role in developing our employer brand as a desirable volunteer organization.

• You will contribute to the evolution of our recruiting strategy and share your own ideas.

• You will assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a structured and welcoming integration.

• You will create and standardize HR processes and templates (such as communication templates, guidelines, and checklists).


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a non-profit or social context.

• Familiarity with contemporary recruiting tools and techniques (ATS systems, active sourcing, structured interviews).

• A structured and proactive approach to work, with a passion for optimizing processes.

• Clear and empathetic communication skills, both with candidates and internally with colleagues and managers.

• Alignment with DEHIB’s social mission and a genuine interest in our objectives.

• Excellent German language skills (C1/C2), with good English skills considered an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and ideally JOIN or similar ATS systems.
