This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In this position, you will oversee the business-oriented development of the People & Asset domain, serving as the primary liaison between the business and IT departments.
• You will organize requirements, establish clear priorities, and ensure that varying needs lead to effective digital solutions.
• Accountable for the business-driven advancement of the People & Asset domain in close collaboration with the technical counterpart (DDO).
• Methodically gather and collaboratively refine requirements from business units, merging them into a cohesive overall picture.
• Critically assess incoming requirements and prioritize them based on value, effort, dependencies, and available implementation capacity.
• Ensure that business requirements are articulated clearly and well-prepared for digital implementation.
• Work closely with relevant interfaces to guarantee high quality and speed of implementation.
• Proactively identify cross-domain impacts, especially when changes in other domains affect core financial or HR systems, and actively manage initiatives, dependencies, and priorities, including advocating for systemic improvements in the business.
• A solid grasp of commercial matters along with a strong awareness of company-wide HR-related and business processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar solutions.
• Willingness to engage with HR systems/personnel software and confidence in navigating process-driven system landscapes.
• Capability to accurately capture business requirements, structure them effectively, and evaluate them critically.
• Strong prioritization skills and a readiness to make decisions and take definitive stances, even when objectives conflict.
• Proficient stakeholder management skills, with the ability to harmonize differing perspectives and operate effectively at the intersection of business units and digital implementation.
• Clear, decisive, and solution-oriented communication combined with sufficient experience to quickly make an impact and act as a unifying force—integrating topics and deriving sustainable priorities.
