This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process, including collaboration with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and finalizing candidates.
• Develop and manage talent pipelines across various roles and markets.
• Ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the process and respond to applicants promptly.
• Create and update job descriptions and postings.
• Facilitate onboarding to ensure each new hire feels welcomed, informed, and productive from day one.
• Maintain precise employee records and ensure HR documentation is organized and up to date.
• Oversee HR administration from the offer process through to offboarding.
• Assist in fostering engagement, culture, performance, feedback processes, and scalable HR policies.
• Act as a friendly first point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Provide basic payroll support and ensure accurate records of compensation and contractor details.
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and organized, including contacts, stages, and notes.
• Manage ad-hoc HR and operations projects for the HR Director.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance repetitive recruiting tasks.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and successfully closing candidates.
• Experience in hiring both internationally and within the USA.
• AI-savvy or eager to learn about AI; regular use of AI tools is essential.
• A builder mindset with an interest in automating manual tasks using workflows, templates, dashboards, and prompts.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a defined job description.
• Strong bias towards action.
• Well-organized and proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Comfortable managing high-volume hiring across multiple brands.
• Availability during US hours, including Eastern Time (EST).
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
• Nice to have: experience in hiring across various international markets.
• Nice to have: exposure to HR compliance, contractor management, or payroll coordination.
• Nice to have: experience in developing or enhancing onboarding programs from the ground up.
