This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of the entire recruiting process, which includes collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, and finalizing offers.
• Develop and oversee candidate pipelines across diverse roles and markets.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment journey; ensure prompt responses to applicants.
• Craft and manage job descriptions and postings.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain precise employee records and ensure HR documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Oversee HR administration from offer paperwork to offboarding procedures.
• Support initiatives related to employee engagement, workplace culture, performance feedback, and scalable HR policies.
• Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries.
• Provide basic payroll assistance and ensure accurate records of compensation and contractor information.
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) well-maintained and updated.
• Undertake ad-hoc HR and operational projects as assigned by the HR Director.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance recruiting workflows and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Monitor metrics such as roles filled monthly, time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate response times, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and cost per hire.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar field.
• Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and successfully closing candidates.
• Experience in hiring both domestically in the USA and internationally.
• Familiarity with AI tools; either an AI-native or someone eager to learn more about AI applications.
• A builder mentality with a keen interest in automating manual tasks through workflows, templates, dashboards, and prompts.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities that extend beyond a defined job description.
• Proactive approach with a bias towards action.
• Highly organized and proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to manage high-volume, cross-brand hiring processes.
• Availability during US working hours and comfortable operating on Eastern Time (EST).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Access to reliable internet and a professional remote working environment.
• Preferred: experience in hiring across various international markets.
• Preferred: familiarity with HR compliance, contractor management, or payroll coordination.
• Preferred: experience in developing or enhancing onboarding programs from the ground up.
