This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process, including collaboration with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and finalizing offers.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for various roles and markets.
• Ensure candidates remain engaged and progress smoothly through the recruitment process.
• Respond promptly to applicants.
• Create and update job descriptions and postings.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
• Keep accurate employee records and maintain organized HR documentation.
• Coordinate HR administrative tasks from offer paperwork to offboarding.
• Assist with engagement, culture, performance feedback processes, and scalable HR policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Provide basic payroll support and maintain accurate details regarding compensation and contractors.
• Ensure the ATS remains organized and up-to-date.
• Manage ad-hoc HR and operational projects for the HR Director.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance repetitive recruiting tasks.
• Monitor metrics such as roles filled per month, time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate response time, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and cost per hire.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and successfully closing candidates.
• Experience in international hiring as well as within the USA.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a readiness to expand knowledge in this area.
• A builder mindset with a passion for automating manual processes through workflows, templates, dashboards, and prompts.
• Willingness to take on tasks beyond a defined job description.
• Proactive approach.
• Organized and proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, cross-brand recruitment.
• Availability during US hours, including Eastern Time (EST).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
• Preferred: experience in hiring across various international markets.
• Preferred: exposure to HR compliance, contractor management, or payroll coordination.
• Preferred: experience in developing or enhancing onboarding programs from the ground up.
• Fully remote work environment.
