📋 Description

• Take charge of the recruitment process and enhance every aspect of the candidate experience.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to establish a streamlined and impartial recruitment framework.

• Employ innovative sourcing techniques and consistently look for opportunities for improvement.

• Prioritize top-tier delivery by utilizing multi-channel sourcing methods.

• When necessary, guide stakeholders through essential initiatives such as code reviews, interview training, employer branding, and the development of diversity and inclusion processes.

• Track and report on key talent acquisition metrics, leveraging data to inform decision-making.

• Experience in accelerating the growth of high-growth tech startups through effective delivery.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships.

• A proactive, positive mindset towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions, coupled with an ‘always learning’ attitude.
