This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct mid-sized strategic projects and workstreams, which encompass planning, analysis, execution, communication, and performance monitoring.

• Formulate project plans, set milestones, and establish success metrics that align with organizational objectives and revenue cycle enhancement initiatives.

• Perform thorough data analysis and evaluate performance to uncover trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

• Develop executive-level presentations and reports that aid in strategic decision-making and align with business priorities.

• Conduct market research, assess vendors, and explore innovative solutions to enhance revenue cycle operations.

• Collaborate with operational, IT, and finance teams to implement process enhancements and technology-driven solutions.

• Foster stakeholder relationships across the organization, serving as a reliable consultative resource for strategic initiatives.

• Convert intricate business challenges into practical recommendations and data-driven solutions focused on continuous improvement.

• Assist in change management and communication strategies to ensure effective adoption of new processes and initiatives.

• Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and offer guidance and support to team members when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Additional relevant experience may compensate for the minimum educational qualifications.

• Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, or operational improvement efforts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with a capacity to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.

• Preference for candidates who have worked collaboratively in cross-functional teams within healthcare or complex organizational environments.

• Lean Six Sigma, project management, healthcare analytics training, PMP, HFMA CRCR, or similar certifications are preferred.
