Talent Partner, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to Sales leadership by comprehending business objectives, team requirements, and necessary talent.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Provide guidance and influence hiring managers on compensation, talent strategy, market insights, candidate evaluation, and hiring choices.

• Create proactive talent pipelines through innovative sourcing, market awareness, and candidate engagement.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, positioning The RealReal as an employer of choice.

• Drive recruiting results, achieving talent acquisition objectives while enhancing quality, speed, and efficiency.

• Establish trust and credibility across the organization as a consultative, solutions-focused recruiting partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally in dynamic, high-volume Sales or Retail sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and effectively influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Results-oriented and self-driven professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding TA performance metrics.

• Strong experience in managing complex offers and negotiations with candidates.

• Proven commitment to promoting diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.

• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 10%.

• Proficiency in Workday and Phenom is preferred.
