• Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to job offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a top-notch hiring process.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts, including crafting engaging job advertisements and promoting internal mobility.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Form3’s annual Performance Management Framework.
• Propel the complete performance cycle, encompassing goal setting, in-year evaluations, and continuous feedback.
• Work alongside People Partners and business leaders on performance, feedback, and development initiatives.
• Leverage data and insights to monitor performance trends and guide decision-making.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within both tech and non-tech sectors.
• Experience in global hiring (e.g., Europe, US).
• Background in designing, implementing, or enhancing Performance Management frameworks, including goal setting, review cycles, and ongoing feedback.
• Strong familiarity with talent and people management tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn, HRIS - Hibob).
• Demonstrated capability in managing projects, with a history of executing People initiatives (e.g., PM cycles, framework implementations) efficiently.
• Exposure to broader Talent Management or People-related disciplines (e.g., development, rewards).
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up setting.
