This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for specialized engineering and defense technology positions throughout Sweden and the Nordic region.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish hiring priorities and define technical candidate profiles.

• Develop targeted talent pipelines within the Nordic defense and advanced engineering sectors.

• Identify and connect with engineers specializing in electronics, embedded systems, communications technologies, sensing systems, and related areas.

• Provide insights into the talent market regarding availability and hiring risks in the Nordic engineering landscape.

• Ensure a structured candidate evaluation process and consistent hiring decisions.

• Keep precise recruitment pipelines and data updated in Personio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Swedish and English.

• Knowledge of German is a significant advantage.

• Extensive experience in recruiting specialized engineering talent within the defense, aerospace, electronics, or advanced technology industries.

• Strong comprehension of the Swedish and Nordic engineering talent markets.

• Proven ability to establish credible partnerships with senior engineering leaders and technical hiring managers in high-demand technical hiring settings.

• Demonstrated capability to source and engage highly specialized technical candidates.

• Highly organized and adept at working independently in fast-paced environments.
